Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable files are final and non-refundable.
However, if you are unable to access your download or the file is corrupted or unreadable, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll gladly provide a replacement or assist you in resolving the issue.
Print-on-Demand Products
All print-on-demand products are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizes or colors chosen by the customer
If your item arrives damaged, with a printing error, or does not match your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product showing the issue

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
